Prices include all utilities and 24hr high speed Internet connection, there are no further bills to pay. Rent is paid quarterly in advance, this fits in with the student loan scheme and helps you mange your cash flow. The prices listed below are the total rent figure.

Any person signing a contract that decides not to come to Loughborough university may resign their contract if they give 4 weeks notice before the start of the tenancy. You will only then forfeit your rent advance monies.
