Prices for the academic year 2008/2009 include all utilities and 24hr high-speed Internet connection. All tenancies are for 12 months.

Kingfisher Halls has a mixture of brand new buildings and older refurbished rooms.

• Single bedroom en suite from £371 to £394 per month
• Double bedroom with en suite and kitchenette facilities - £540 per month

Any person signing a contract that leaves mid term will be charged for the full contract rent. There are no exceptions.
Any person signing a contract that decides not to come to Loughborough University may resign their contract if they give 4 weeks notice before the start of their tenancy. They will then only default their rent advance monies.
